My daughter Hayley won fourth place at the "Dreams to Dividends" awards banquet sponsored by Youth Entrepreneurs of Kansas. High school students from Wichita and the surrounding area competed throughout the Spring by creating business ideas, business plans, budgets and actual products samples for area business people to judge. Final presentations were made in April to a panel of six judges at Koch Industries. Awards were presented to the top 10 finishers. Hayley's business concept is called "Bundles of Joy" and is a gift basket designed for newborn babies and their mothers. Hayley is expanding her business to include "Bundles of Joy - The Home Edition", a gift basket for new homeowners.
